Pixel Skate is a retro-themed 24-stage skateboarding obstacle course game where you must jump trash cans, and avoid running into other obstacles like bouncing balls and smashers. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. Starting the Game

Tap anywhere on the game loading screen to bring up the welcome screen.
Select the green and yellow start button at the bottom center of the welcome screen.
- This will bring up the level select screen.
- Initially only the first level is accessible, but you unlock a level each time you beat one.
- You can replay beat levels whenever you wish.
- Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
- The welcome screen has a sound control button in the upper right corner, a game developer info button in the lower left corner, and a more games button in the lower right corner.

    - Tap any key to start the level.
    - Press the up arrow key to jump.
    - Press the left arrow key to stop.
    - Touchscreen devices
      - Tap anywhere on the screen to start the level.
      - Tap on the right side of the screen to jump.
      - Tap on the left side of the screen to stop.
      - Controls & indicators
        
        The upper left corner of the levels show which level number you are on.
        
        The upper right corner of the game shows buttons for go to the welcome screen, restart level, and sound control.
        
        Game Play
        
        Jumping
        
        This game only has a single jump available – there is no double jump.
        
        If you need to jump over multiple obstacles in close proximity it may make sense to stop in the middle of the jump to split the move in half and better time the second jump.
        
        Stopping
        
        When you stop the stop is immediate. If you are high in the air and stop you will immediately fall straight down where you are.
        
        You can hold a stop for as long as you wish.
        
        As soon as you release the stop you will immediately ride at full speed.
        
        You can release a stop and then immediately perform another so you can inch closer to an obstacle you are going to ride under or jump over.
        
        Obstacles
        
        This game has 3 primary obstacles in it: garbage cans, smashing presses, and bouncing balls.
        
        The garbage cans are easy because you know you have to jump over them.
        
        The presses are easy because you know you have to skate under them.
        
        The balls can be a bit more tricky as you usually roll over them, though in some cases may jump over them.
        
        Target Audience
        
        The game is suited for players who like skateboarding games.
        
        The game has no adult themed content.
